i want to talk about something very important for all kids and grown-ups. it is drinking enough water every day.
water is very important for our body because our body needs it to work properly. when we do not drink enough water, we can feel tired, sleepy, and even get headaches. sometimes we do not even notice that our body is asking for water, but it is very important to listen to it.
why drinking water is so important
our body is mostly made of water. so we need to keep filling it like a bottle. if we don’t drink enough water, our body becomes weak. it is like a plant without water. the plant becomes dry and sad. our body is the same.
water helps us in many ways:

- it keeps us cool when we play
if we forget to drink water, our body starts giving warning signs. we may feel dizzy or very tired. this is why we should always carry a water bottle, especially when we go to school or play outside.
